Each private session begins with a conversation to get clear on your intention. That could be releasing stored trauma, easing anxiety, boosting confidence, or finding clarity in your next chapter.

From there, I’ll guide you through 30–45 minutes of transformative breathing designed to calm your nervous system and unlock deep emotional release.

After the breathwork, we’ll take a few minutes to integrate, talking through what came up for you and outlining action steps to carry your breakthroughs into daily life.

Sessions are available in person in the Salt Lake City area or online anywhere in the world, so you can experience the healing power of breathwork no matter where you are.
